Relate Leeds Parenting Project
Organisation aims:
To promote health, justice and respect in family and couple relationships.
Project Aims:
To provide a range of specialist counselling and training services to families, prioritising families affected by domestic violence. We aim to improve relationships between parents to enable them to support their children more effectively. We will do this by providing services in easily accessible community venues.
Target beneficiaries:
Families living in areas of deprivation in Leeds who want to improve their relationships for the benefit of their children or the children they care for. This includes teenage parents. We will offer up to 18 appointments per week and a package of educational courses designed to strengthen family relationships. We aim to reach 200 families.
