To improve the outcomes for African-Caribbean and Roma children and young people aged 5 to 13 living in Derby by actively engaging their Fathers and by involving them in the Champion Dads' Forum
To promote positive Fatherhood by encouraging and supporting Fathers to develop greater understanding of, and confidence in, their parenting role and by challenging the obstacles that they frequently encounter
To provide a number of parenting programmes and support groups and to develop a range of 'wrap around' support services that are specifically geared to the needs of Fathers
