To improve the outcomes for children and young people by engaging fathers in all aspects of their children's educational achievement
To promote positive Fatherhood by encouraging and supporting Fathers to develop greater understanding of, and confidence in, their parenting role and by challenging the obstacles that they frequently encounter
To support other agencies and professionals in developing 'father-friendly' services and to engage with Leicester City Council's Parenting Strategy in such a way as to give fathers an opportunity to influence and shape the way services are designed, developed and delivered
