This is a programme delivered in partnership between Redcar Parents, Pregnancy Support and DISC.

Established in 1985, DISC is an independent North of England based charity that provides services for deprived and excluded young people and adults. Many of those we support have fallen through the net of statutory provision. DISC provides services for both adults and young people. We are using the Parenting Fund grant to provide services for young parents through referrals received from Redcar Parents and Pregnancy Support.
